Project Summary
G.T.DESIGN has successfully participated in the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2021-2027 of the Emilia-Romagna Region, benefiting from the economic support of the European Union to implement an ambitious internationalization project targeting the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Objectives
The project focused on revitalizing the competitiveness of the production system and on the innovative, intelligent and sustainable transformation of the company, in perfect alignment with the priorities of the regional ERDF Programme. The main objective was to structure a comprehensive digital export strategy, developing internal competencies and operational tools to effectively access target international markets.
Results Achieved
Thanks to the consulting pathway and operational activities carried out with the support of the European Union, G.T.DESIGN has achieved significant results that fully reflect the objectives of the ERDF Programme:
Competitiveness and Digital Innovation The company has developed a structured and operational export strategy, supported by a comprehensive digital plan that clearly defines the methods of access to German, Austrian and Swiss markets. This approach directly contributes to digital development and the innovative transformation of the regional production system.
Integrated Communication and Digital Presence An integrated system of multilingual promotional materials (German and English) has been created, including video content for social media and professional corporate presentations. The digital presence has been significantly strengthened through the initiation of work on a German-optimized website, the implementation of targeted digital marketing campaigns and a SEO monitoring system that ensures visibility on search engines in target countries.
Skills Development and Operational Autonomy The internal team has acquired specific competencies in digital export management, becoming autonomous in managing international digital strategies, in analyzing online business opportunities and in SEO positioning techniques through artificial intelligence. This training process perfectly responds to the Programme’s objective of promoting good employment and the leadership of new generations.
CRM Systems and Commercial Relations Work has been initiated for the development of a dedicated B2B section, and a new newsletter platform and email marketing programme have been integrated into internal systems, significantly improving the ability to manage and develop online commercial relationships.
Territorial Impact The project has enabled the company to successfully initiate first contact actions with international buyers and improve presence on marketplace platforms in DACH markets, laying the foundations for sustainable long-term growth that contributes to reducing territorial inequalities and strengthening the Emilia-Romagna production system.
This project was implemented with the support of the European Union within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2021-2027 of the Emilia-Romagna Region. G.T.DESIGN thanks the European and regional institutions for making this important opportunity for growth and development possible.
